Do you provide medical treatment or prescribe medications?

As a Nurse Practitioner, I am trained in clinical assessment and care. However, SacredCharis services focus on integrative health coaching—not diagnosis or medical treatment. We work in partnership with your medical providers to complement your care with lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness strategies.

How long are sessions, and how often should I book?

Initial consultations are typically 75–90 minutes, allowing space for a deep understanding of your story. Follow-up sessions are 45–60 minutes. Frequency varies based on your goals—some clients meet biweekly or monthly. We'll co-create a plan that works for you.

Do you offer packages or single sessions?
